My 15 Point Professional Plan of Action:

1.Immediately submit the listings to the Combined Los Angeles Westside MLS(CLAW).
2.Submit a copy of the listing to the office sales staff for exposure to their buyers.
3.Design a professional quality promotional brochure for open house/showing.
4.Submit property profile information for the office "Front Call Dest" file.
5.Order the "Century 21 For Sale Post Sign" to be immediately installed.
6.Take professional quality photos of the property and advertise them on Lozito.com.
7.Conduct Broker's Open House - the first available Tuesday the property is on the market and inform every agent of upcoming open house.
8.Hold an Open House the first Sunday after the Broker's Open and have it advertised.
9.Personally promote the property at the office sales meetings.
10.If permissible, place a "Brochure Box" on the property.
11.Send "Just Listed" flyers to your immediate neighborhood announcing the marketing and availability of the property.
12.Make the property available to our VIP relocation systems (National/International).
13.Call the client at least once a week and inform them as to the marketing progress and status of the property, new listings or sales in the area and market statistics that will influence the value and status of the property.
14.Personally meet all prospective buyers and their agents at the property at each appointment to professionally "Show and Sell" the features and benefits of the property.
15.Handle all details to ensure a smooth escrow and successful closing.
